Rafferty Consulting LLC provides health research consulting services for government and universities based on our experience in managing research programs and peer review in the areas of environmental health, occupational health, and clinical research in musculoskeletal, skin, and rheumatic diseases. Specific services include organizing and managing peer review of health research grant applications and contract proposals, collaborating in the writing of applications and proposals, strategic planning, development and evaluation of health research programs, and training of government and university pre-and postdoctoral staff. We also provide advice and interpretation of research grant, cooperative agreement, and contract policy of major government health research agencies, specifically the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
